Open Position: 


Growth & Partnership Manager


Rapid Refuel is a fast-growing mobile fuel delivery and car wash service—think DoorDash, but for gas. We serve busy families, local businesses, and fleets by saving them time and simplifying their day.

We’re expanding quickly and looking for a driven, relationship-focused leader to help us grow our presence across the Greater Green Bay area.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and close new fleet accounts (construction, service companies, etc.)
  • Launch and grow our Employee Perk Program with local businesses
  • Develop strategic partnerships with dealerships, offices, and community organizations
  • Conduct in-person visits, calls, and networking
  • Manage your own pipeline and track leads
  • Collaborate directly with the owner


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management
  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building
  • Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Local to the Green Bay area


Bonus if you:

  • Have B2B sales experience
  • Are connected in the local business community


Compensation

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • On-target earnings: $80,000 – $110,000+
  • Performance bonuses available
  • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we expand
